When you sign up, we also record a coarse approximate location (city and country only, derived from your connection) to understand where our audience is based. We do not store your IP address. Data retention. We keep contact form submissions for up to 12 months, and subscriber details until you unsubscribe. Where you have made a donation, we are required to keep the transaction record (amount, date and currency) for six years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your name and email from that record but retain the financial details for this period.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
