A short topic that carries a lot of exam weight. The first half is the forms of attack: malware, social engineering including phishing, brute force attacks, denial of service, data interception and SQL injection.
The second half is what you do about them. Penetration testing, anti-malware software, firewalls, user access levels, passwords, encryption and physical security.
Questions usually pair a threat with a prevention method, so it helps to learn them as pairs rather than as two separate lists.
